To help us process your claim as quickly as possible, please gather the following items. Having these ready before you start will ensure you don’t lose your progress on the form.
Move Paperwork (Bill of Lading, Estimate, Contract):
Have your signed shipping contract ready, including the date your items were delivered.
Photos of the Damage:
The Close-up:
A clear shot showing the specific crack, dent, or scratch.
The Wide Shot:
A photo of the entire item so we can identify what it is.
The Box:
If the item was inside a box, take a photo of the outside of that box—especially if it shows crushed corners or holes.
Proof of Value:
Gather any original receipts, bank statements, or even a link to the item’s current retail price online. This helps us verify the item’s worth.
